Digital Delivery
All digital documents (including financial reports, bookkeeping records, and statements) are delivered on the same day once the service is completed and payment is confirmed.
Digital files will be sent via email or secure client portal, ensuring fast and secure access.
If you do not receive your digital document within the promised timeframe, please contact us immediately.
Physical Delivery
If a client requests a physical copy of their bookkeeping records or financial reports, it will be shipped within 7 business days from the order confirmation.
Shipping is available via reliable courier services, and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on location, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
