We are committed to providing high-quality bookkeeping services. If you are not satisfied with our services or need to cancel, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their bookkeeping service within 3 days of placing the order for a full refund.

  • After 3 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but services can be discontinued at the end of the billing period.

  • If you wish to cancel a recurring service, you must provide at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available only if the cancellation is requested within 3 days of the order.

  • No refunds will be provided after the initial 3-day period. However, if there is an error or issue on our part, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have been fully delivered and completed.

  • Customized or specialized bookkeeping services that require significant resources.

  • Any fees paid for third-party integrations or software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
