Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their bookkeeping service within 3 days of placing the order for a full refund.

After 3 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but services can be discontinued at the end of the billing period.

If you wish to cancel a recurring service, you must provide at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy

Full refunds are available only if the cancellation is requested within 3 days of the order.

No refunds will be provided after the initial 3-day period. However, if there is an error or issue on our part, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
